Summer Internship 2018 - People And Leadership - Human Resources

The Chief Financial Officer’s (CFO) organisation is a driving force behind the creation of greater value in the company. We are responsible for the financial and legal functions, providing professional support and advice, and for representing the group in financial markets. A key task for us is to ensure high levels of ethical and financial compliance with corporate and external requirements. By means of active stakeholder management, CFO will manage the market perception of Statoil in Norwegian and international financial markets.
We are looking for a summer intern to work in Statoil’s employer branding department. The employer branding department is responsible for activating Statoil’s strategy within employer branding. We are to keep the position as an attractive employer in Norway and build the position as an attractive employer in key hubs internationally.

Employer branding activities and projects
Plan and deliver content for social media related to employer communication
Collaborate and align with Human Resources and Brand Communications, as well as with business units
No more than 1 year of full time relevant experience (please note research under a PhD are not be considered relevant experience)
Have completed at least 2 years of relevant bachelor studies by the time of the commencement of the internship, and are currently enrolled in a relevant study programme
Interest in social media
Interest in marketing/employer branding/branding
Interest in external orientation
Fluency in English
International work and/or study experience preferred
Analytical and strategic mind-set
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High ethical standards
International mind-set and the ability to work in a multicultural environment
