Our Corporate Graduate Programme is aimed at applicants with both technical and non-technical backgrounds who have recently graduated or will be able to graduate by the end of 2020 with a master’s or PhD degree. Graduates in Equinor will have a steep learning curve and are expected to develop an overall understanding of our activities and business challenges.

Our Corporate graduate programme will:
• Start your transition from student to professional, with opportunities to contribute in some of our company’s most exciting tasks.
• Offer you permanent employment from your first day, and enrollment in the programme for two years.
• Give you challenging and meaningful tasks and an opportunity to work with your own development goals that correspond with Equinor’s business needs.
• Let you participate in structured learning and networking, engage in rotational assignments and have a mentor throughout the programme.

Corporate Management System (CMS) is responsible for the continuous improvement of the Equinor book (the book is representing the core of our identity, with the values, principles and expectations for Equinor) and relevant governing documents. Working in CMS you will collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders across the business, including the Corporate Executive Committee (CEC), Chief Operating Officer (COO) and senior leaders in the business areas. CMS is responsible to set the strategy for the MS function, set corporate functional standards and target and drive operational performance.

Job Description
As a graduate in the Management system function you will experience a broad range of tasks that will help you learn about the business activities, process and culture in Equinor. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experience leaders and in multi-disciplines teams to expand your skills and competencies. Work tasks may vary according to your competence profile, assignment and business needs. Typical assignments are:

• Work in an agile and multi-discipline teams across the function, and take responsibilities for some tasks within improvement projects
• Prepare presentation, analysis and any other relevant documentation
• Support project leads in project management tasks, e.g. planning, risk and stakeholder management across the function
• Support implementation of new ideas and improvements within management system
• Participate in the functional networks

• Master’s degree or PhD with good academic record within Management and Economics. Industrial economics, Risk management, Innovation and Technology, Management and Law might also be relevant
• No more than two years of relevant fulltime work experience
• Fluent in English and preferably a second working language
• International work and/or study experience preferred
• Extracurricular activities and/or voluntary work is an advantage
