Our Corporate Graduate Programme is aimed at applicants with both technical and non-technical backgrounds who have recently graduated or will be able to graduate by the end of 2020 with a master’s or PhD degree. Graduates in Equinor will have a steep learning curve and are expected to develop an overall understanding of our activities and business challenges.
Our Corporate graduate programme will:
• Start your transition from student to professional, with opportunities to contribute in some of our company’s most exciting tasks.
• Offer you permanent employment from your first day, and enrollment in the programme for two years.
• Give you challenging and meaningful tasks and an opportunity to work with your own development goals that correspond with Equinor’s business needs.
• Let you participate in structured learning and networking, engage in rotational assignments and have a mentor throughout the programme.

Corporate communication (CCOM) aims to be an internationally leading communication unit. We safeguard and enhance the company’s reputation in Norway and internationally with activities to support realisation of Equinor’s strategy.
As a graduate in communication, you will get the opportunity to work with corporate media activities, stakeholder engagement and high priority corporate communication projects.
We are looking for the candidate who will challenge us, add value to our team and wants to make a difference. During the graduate programme you will have the opportunity to work in different parts of the communication network, in Norway, and potentially internationally.
Potential tasks may include:
• Work internally and externally to execute on Equinor communication priorities in line with our values
• Analyse politics and policies and advice management and inform decision making processes
• Develop communication concepts and products in line with our strategic ambition
• Master’s degree or PhD with good academic record
• No more than two years of relevant fulltime work experience
• Fluent in English and preferably a second working language
• International work and/or study experience preferred
• Extracurricular activities and/or voluntary work is an advantage
• Ability to live by our safety and security expectations
• High ethical standards
• Good communication skills
• Global mindset
• Team player with the ability to work and deliver results in a diverse environment
• Have a positive attitude to take on new challenges and adapt to dynamic environments
