Business Development Intern (first half of 2020)

We are already experiencing an intense, global demand for our services, and are looking to upgrade our commercial and strategic capabilities with world-class business development interns. We hope this is you!At Spacemaker you will take part in shaping the strategy for our game changing technology. Our long term ambition is to change the construction industry through AI, and our product will be exploited in numerous applications, such as hospitals, hotels, and infrastructure. Currently, Spacemaker is focused on residential development with offices across 5 locations: Oslo (headquarter), Gøteborg, Barcelona, Boston U.S. (research), and Cambridge UK (research).Launching a game changing technology in one of the worlds least digitized industries requires business developers at Spacemaker to not only be exceptional in strategy and communication, but also to be creative, pragmatic and able to apply theoretical knowledge to real life problems. As a business development intern, you will join our commercial team to push the go-to-market strategy forward.We are looking for an intern for the first half of 2020 (can be combined with Master's Thesis).

As a Business Development Intern at Spacemaker you will get a chance to …- Work in one of the most exciting and fastest growing PropTech companies globally- Help shape and refine Spacemaker’s commercial & GTM model, incl. e.g., value proposition- Conduct market & industry research & analysis and make recommendations to management for supporting key strategic decisions
Desired profile:- Currently studying for a bachelor's degree or master's degree- Very strong problem solving skills- Distinctive commercial mindset, financial grounding, and business acumen- Highly independent and strong sense of self-direction/drive- Strong analytical and communication skills, both oral and written (toolbox)
