Booking vår 2012
Bookingen åpner tirsdag 15.november, kl. 10.00. De ledige datoene for bedriftspresentasjon vil legges ut på våre hjemmesider. Vi kommer til å lage en egen katalog med oversikt over høstens bedriftspresentasjoner med informasjon om bedriften og når presentasjonen finner sted.
Hvordan gå frem?
All booking skjer på våre hjemmesider, http://nu.nhhs.no/ hvor en må registrere seg med en bedriftskonto i forkant av bookingåpning. Bedrifter som er registrert har tidligere mottatt et passord og brukernavn for innlogging. Det er viktig å sjekke at dette er i orden til bookingåpning. Ved spørsmål, kontaktbookingansvarlig.
Det vil anbefales å gjøre seg kjent med våre hjemmesider i forkant avbookingåpning. Sjekk ut brukerveiledningen i menyen til høyre.
På samme internettside finnes oversikt over hvilke datoer som er ledige, og det gjelder å være tidlig ute dersom en har spesielle ønsker med hensyn til dato.
Priser våren 2012*
Periode 1.1: 16.januar – 27.januar 35 000,- eks. mva.
Periode 1.2: 30. januar – 10. februar 30 000,- eks. mva.
Periode 2: 13.februar – 6.mars 20 000,- eks. mva.
Periode 3: 26.mars - 22.april10 000,-eks.mva.
Dersom noen ønsker å arrangere en ekstra dag blir det halv pris i den siste perioden. Dette forutsetter at en har hatt bedriftspresentasjon i en av de to foregående periodene. NU forbeholder seg retten til å vurdere om opplegget strider med interne avtaler.
Næringslivsutvalget ønsker å gjøre oppmerksom på at et eventuelt overskudd i sin helhet tilfaller Studentforeningen ved NHH, hvor det bidrar til den generelle driften. Slik har vi muligheten til å opprettholde aktivitetsnivået, fremme engasjementet og ta vare på mangfoldet.

COMPANY PRESENTATION AT NHH, SPRING 2012
The NHHS Business Committee hereby invites your company to present your business and organization at NHH spring 2012. This is an opportunity to promote your firm towards the premier business and economics students in Norway, and strengthen your position as an attractive employer. You will be assigned a personal contact person from the Business Committee who will facilitate the practical affairs in advance and during the presentation day.
The booking starts at Tuesday, November 15th 10.00am (GMT +01.00 Oslo, Bergen, Paris). The dates that are available for Company Presentation will be published on our web sites on Tuesday, November 1th. Please be aware that the most attractive dates tend to be booked immediately after booking starts, therefore we strongly recommend you to be offensive on booking.
All booking goes through our web pages, http://nu.nhhs.no/, where you will have to register with a company account in advance. We recommend you to make yourself familiar with our web pages and control that your account is functional before booking starts.
Fees spring 2012:
Period 1.1: (Jan 16th – Jan 27th) 35 000 ex VAT
Period 1.2: (Jan 30th – Feb 10th) 30 000 ex VAT
Period 2: (Feb 13th – Mar 6th) NOK 20 000 ex VAT
Period 3: (Mar 26th – Apr 22th) NOK 10 000 ex VAT
The Business Committee reserves the right to consider whether the planned program conflicts with internal agreements. Please note that all surpluses accrue the Student Organization at NHH, where it contributes to student activities.

*The fees includes stand, company presentation and solely rights for promotion through presence at the presentation day. When cancelling more than 30 days before the presentation a cancelling fee of 25 % of the total fee will be charged. When cancelling less than 30 days in advance the company will be charged for the fee. If you wish to change the date within the same period, you will be billed with an administration fee of 10 % of the fee. This will only apply if the change is made more than 20 days in advance of the presentation date. If you wish to change date between to different periods, regular conditions for cancellations will apply. All cancellations must be inquired directly to Head of Booking, bookingnu@nhhs.no.
